If you are having any issues with your Device, follow these steps.
Step 1: Restart your Device (hold down the power button until it shuts down completely. Wait 15 seconds and restart it to see if that fixed the issue. If that did not help, go to step 2.
Step 2: Click here to email Mr. Hyde. If you cannot email go to step 3.
Step 3: Call Mr. Hyde to troubleshoot. Leave a message with the best way to contact you back and the issue: 218-857-2832
Step 4: When I call or email you back be prepared to have your device plugged in, turned on, and ready for me to remote into the device (if possible) to see the screen that you are having trouble with.
